Radiant spire (Cathedral) Solara introduced Vesper to Verrick, who’s family has been in contact with hers for a long time

Lady Maeva Marrow warned Vesper to be wary of the red oracle, tells Vesper to meet her later to give her documentation and records of this event

Lights go out, red light flies up behind emperor, emperor stabbed, sigil appears, man wearing red oracle mask

  • When emperor died a shadow came out of him

Noticed two figures dressed in guards clothing that weren’t wearing the sigil of the emperor on upper balcony

Vesper sketched out the sigil, it’s unfamiliar

Corpse Poison ink vials to sign the treaty, same ink used to write leaders parts, weakens soul, origin from same area as house marrow

  • Red oracle token
  • Cut rope, cut by curved blade, which is known to often be used by stormcallers, presumably how assassin got behind emperor
  • Note/list of everything they needed to bring and take back (ink vials etc)
  • Poison known to be from the region of the house of marrow
  • Unmarked guards

  • Old blind man (cantor) leads us back to the leaders
    • leads/moves well for being blind

Party chosen by faction leaders to investigate

  • Guard enters with 2 armors supposedly abandoned my the two earlier unmarked guards
  • The armors were abandoned by the tunnels

Party goes to the tunnels and enter the sewers

Fought a few guys, beefier one with a pistol made a deal with jb to let him go, he pointed the party to a secret door down the hall moss and sol chased him down; sol killed him
